Marjan Darab
Physician Assistant
A graduate of Howard University’s PA program in Washington DC, Marjan is a certified physician assistant that joined Medical Associates of Wall Street in July of 2016. Marjan believes prevention is the ultimate key in medicine. Her goals are to implement evidence-based medicine and to educate patients in the right environment, leading to safe and effective patient care. Marjan has volunteered in several free clinics; which was where her interest in medicine began, giving her experience working with diverse patient populations and in undeserved communities.
Prior to PA school, Marjan was in Richmond, VA, where she received a dual Bachelors degree in Forensic Science and Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University. Marjan is also a surgical PA at NYU Lutheran Medical Center, where she assists in surgeries and manages pre- and post-operative patients on the floors.
In her free time, Marjan likes to explore the city, learn about different cultures and experiment in the kitchen.
